Shipping

We ship wall art prints and canvas prints across Australia. Because each item is made and packed to suit its size and materials, shipping is charged per item and can vary by product type.

Free shipping for orders over $400

We offer free shipping on orders over $400 (based on your cart subtotal at checkout).

Shipping for orders under $400

Shipping for orders valued $1-$400 is calculated on a per item basis at checkout. This means:

  • A larger canvas can cost more to ship than a small print
  • Ordering multiple items may add multiple shipping charges
  • If your order includes different product types, we will try to send orders together, but some items may be packed and sent separately

You will always see the final shipping total before you pay.

Production (handling) time

Production time is how long it takes us to prepare your artwork before it is dispatched.

Shipping time

Shipping time starts after dispatch and depends on your postcode. Regional and remote areas typically take longer than metro areas. In most cases deliveries take between 5 and 8 working days after dispatch, and will usually be delivered by either Australia Post or Aramex.

All orders have tracking. We will send the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Order updates

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout, and a dispatch update when your order leaves us.

Delivery address checks

Please double check your delivery address at checkout, especially:

  • Unit numbers
  • Street number and street name
  • Suburb, state, postcode

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible via the website contact form. We will do our best to help before dispatch, but changes are not always possible once an item is in production or has shipped.

If something arrives damaged

If your item arrives damaged in transit, do not open your item. Instead, contact us via the website contact form with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage
  • A video of the packaging showing how you received it
  • A video showing the opening of the package.

We will work with you to sort it out quickly.

Peak periods

Production and shipping can take longer during busy periods (for example, Christmas, Mother’s Day or Easter). If you are ordering for a specific date, it is best to place your order early to allow for production and delivery time.
