Understorey
Part of the April 25′ Bushland Collection, Understorey depicts a shaded forest creek densely lined with wet moss and smooth stones. The shallow water winds through a narrow channel of rocks, many of them thickly coated in green. Trees rise close to the banks, their trunks darkened by moisture and age. Overhead, the canopy filters sunlight unevenly, creating patches of dappled brightness across the forest floor. The composition leads the eye upward along the creek toward a faint glow in the distance, framed by thick understory growth and low-lying ferns.
